Mormon Trail school is set up to use the online Farmer’s Bank Community Connection system, which will send text messages or e-mails regarding school closings or game cancellations to those who request them.
The following directions should take about five minutes to set up the alerts to come to your phone.
1. Go to www.onlinefarmersbank.com
2. At the bottom left-hand corner of the screen will be a box called Community Connection. Click on “more info.”
3. Click on “Sign Up Today”
4. Scroll down the page to fill out the online registration. Click on the alerts you want by county. Mormon Trail is toward the bottom of the screen. Wayne County.
5. Click “continue”
6. Within a minute or so, you should receive a text message with a five-digit number. Enter the numbers on the Website, but do not include the letter M which is at the beginning of the numbers.
7. Click “submit” and you are finished.
